A snouting great recipe of British duck, beef and pork – three tasty proteins that provide plenty of variety infused into one fine dining mince!

Minced with British duck 30%, (of which approximately 10% is bone), British beef tripe 30%, British beef trim 15%, British beef heart 10%, and free range pig liver 5% and kidney 5%.

Note, bone content may be between 5% – 15%.
